The pool on the ground floor was a hit with my son 😍, and after his 12 hr drive he could rest soon after we arrived since check-in didn’t take long. My husband was attending a convention in SMX, so this was a handy, affordable staycation near MOA. The owner was easy to talk to and the accommodation was hassle free. We’ll definitely come back.
The location is accessible and the place itself is nice, but our room 11th agent didn’t explain how the pool tickets worked. We were only told swimming would cost 150 per person. We arrived at 10:30am and asked about an early check-in. The agent showed up at 12noon, but the room still wasn’t ready, even though we had rented it for 9days. He collected the full payment as soon as we’d left our bags and luggage in the room, which was disappointing.
Sea Residences Finest Tower A is handy for MOA, SMX, and the MOA arena, all within walking distance, and the rates are cheap. Our room was nicely decorated, airy, and stocked with glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and toiletries. I especially liked having a washer with a dryer. The parking was a bit difficult since it wasn't included in our rental. The pool area felt very dark and could use more lamp posts or something. Even with those things to improve, it's a good spot for a staycation.
We picked this hotel because it was the closest option we could find to NAIA Terminal 3. The space was tidy and quiet, and we had a wonderful stay.
