Hotel Sogo Wood Street Pasay

I left my charger behind after checking in that morning. I planned to pick it up early the next day when I checked out, but they couldn’t find it. It’s just a charger, but I’m really disappointed. The staff seem dishonest, and if you lose something here, you may not get it back.

I lasted only three hours and won’t be back. There was no running water from the faucet, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the air conditioning was poor, and there were no toiletries or complimentary water. They call it an executive room, but it hardly feels deserving of that name. 🥴

We stayed in the MC Executive room. The staff who helped us were very helpful, though the AC wasn’t cold enough. The stay was okay overall.

The lack of luggage drop-off was a real letdown. When we checked out, the front office couldn’t store our bags, and the staff member on duty that morning may not have been able to explain why. It’s too bad, because the hotel is clean and spacious, the staff are helpful, and it’s near the airport. I’d thought I’d come back during a Manila transit, but this left me disappointed.
