The rooms were in excellent condition, and the location is especially good if you're attending a conference at the PICC. My senior mom and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Jen. The staff were lovely and very helpful, five stars all the way for service!

Customer service was top notch, and I liked the hotel's quiet vibe. It's centrally located, with plenty of taxis around and easy booking by grab. Two thumbs up, highly recommended. I recently visited the metro and booked here. I personally prefer older properties when they're well maintained, because of their spacious rooms, halls, and lobby. There's something grand about marble floors compared with tiled ones, especially since marble ages well. I was pleased it was still that way here. The carpeted floors seemed well maintained, and the toilet fixtures were fairly new. A place that has withstood the test of time.

We had a small snag with our second room booking. The hotel gave us a room the staff hadn't cleaned yet, but they quickly moved us to another and gave us club access on the top floor. Being close to the airport was a bonus. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were nice, the place was clean and well kept, and security made us feel safe. The views over the bay area and local amusement park were excellent too.

The food was nice and quite affordable, and they surprised us with a birthday cake and a jolly performance. I booked dinner here for my sis last night Oct. 16, and the service was superb from the email convos through to the guards and waitress. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Hotel Jen!

It was a good deal, with a good sized room and basic facilities, plus free parking. Just watch out for the traffic Jam and all the detours to reach the hotel. Service was the best part, all the staff were friendly. The building is old, though the rooms have been renovated. It's cheap and good enough, with simple basic amenities. The shower takes some time to warm up, and the tap keeps falling off. The bed and linens were comfortable enough, but the pillows were too soft. The pool was small but deep! 👍🏻 Environment: 3/5 Waiting: 5/5 Price: 3/5 Service: 5/5 What I liked: - service is GOOD! all the staffs were friendly What I disliked: - nothing in particular
