Getting from Terminal 3 is easy: there’s a walkway over the highway that leads toward the apartment. We took a taxi because of our big bags, and the metered ride cost 75 pesos. Check that the meter is on, since our driver first asked for 500 pesos for the 900-meter trip. The apartment was very clean and extremely close to the airport.
Newport City is a peaceful place to stay, with the airport just a few steps away. There’s a lovely sunset view, and the big shopping malls, high-end restaurants, and casinos are nearby. It’s also easy to reach MIA Terminal 3 on foot. I always like staying here. I have a one-bedroom studio apartment available for overnight or weeklong stays, with a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and cooking utensils. Leave a comment if you’re interested.
From Newport Boulevard, you can get to restaurants, clinics, and other offices easily, and there’s a view along the way.
The location is very good, near T 1 airport, but the one-bedroom I rented was uncomfortable in the heat. The lobby, elevator, and hallway all felt warmer than a hot, humid climate needs. The window AC had settings from 18 to 30, yet only blew slightly cool air, like a small fan on low. The room stayed around 78-79 F, and the shower water was warm rather than cold.
Cute little room in Unit 4J - 101 😍. It’s right by Terminal 3 and works perfectly for an overnight stay.
