Favila Condotel - Palm Tree Two

We had just come from the airport when we checked whether the door lock was safe, with one person outside and three inside the room. She couldn't open the door from outside without the key, and then we got locked inside for 1/2 hours. We tried to open it, but couldn't from inside either. Our friend ran from level 5 down to level 1 to call reception, who contacted the security guard. We waited for 1 hour while the guard tried to open the door too. There were too many cockroaches, and the Manager still hasn't responded to my repeated attempts to contact them.

The host was proactive and responsive, checking on our arrival through to check-in. We booked a room for a family of 4 through airbnb. It's very close to the airport rampway towards NAIA 3, the church, and the interesting places to visit in Newport.

The service was really bad, and one security guard was unprofessional. I understand visitors aren't allowed, but there's no reason to shout at customers or be rude.

We booked an Airbnb here and got there by crossing the Runway Manila bridge. It worked well for a layover when all we needed was somewhere to rest. The room felt a little dated, but it was fine for a short stay.
