The staff were great, but the room made this my worst stay here. I’d stayed at Pasay Centrale once before, a year ago. This time I needed to check in early for work and paid ₱800, since early check-in cost ₱100 an hour. There was no Wi-Fi because the building was under construction, and the room had dim lighting, a bleach smell, mold on the ceiling, and cockroaches everywhere. The towels felt gritty, the sheets weren’t clean, and there was no TV or entertainment. I asked to move rooms, but they said the hotel was full. I could see the empty room beside ours, and it looked clean and bright, unlike ours. They said they’d do pest control after I complained, so we left the room. When we came back, the roaches were still alive and crawling around. I won’t return. I hope the new management improves every room, not only the ones for special guests.

We left early because the room was extremely untidy and poorly maintained. The water kept being shut off, and we sometimes waited 3-4 hours for it to return. With two weeks still left, we were told there would be no refund at all because “policy is policy.” They offered no alternative or partial compensation. The front desk was unhelpful with even basic concerns, and the lack of empathy made the situation more frustrating. Cleanliness and guest experience don’t seem to be priorities here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect clean rooms, helpful staff, or flexibility. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give this stay.

The rooms are very poor, and the front desk staff were extremely unprofessional. They might even be related to the owner, though I can’t say for sure. Renovation noise starts at 8 a.m. and is really loud. There’s no Wi-Fi at all, a basic service you’d expect at a hotel. I’d strongly advise against booking. If you don’t believe me, you’ll just waste your money.

Stressful. Honest review. They’re renovating the hotel now. There’s no Wi-Fi and the mobile signal is weak. I saw guests opening their doors or going outside to get reception. The TVs don’t work, and at night lots of termites, called ipis, come through gaps around the windows, especially in the toilet. Water is also interrupted on a schedule. Before booking through Agoda, it may be best to email them and check whether these issues are still there. Also be aware that early check-in costs ₱100 per hour, the deposit is ₱1,000, and they have nowhere to store luggage if you go out while waiting for check-in. Be careful with bookings. The receptionists may change the booking and blame Agoda, especially when a guest is alone. I overheard incoming guests being told Agoda had canceled their booking, when the real reason was apparently that the hotel was full. They should get their bookings organized before accepting walk-ins.

The room was dirty, and noise from the area made it hard to rest. I booked through Agoda last week. The owner should allow early check-in instead of charging ₱100 an hour up to 2:00 PM, the regular check-in time. They should also disclose the ₱1,000 security deposit beforehand, rather than springing it on guests at reception.
