SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don't book this place through a third party app. They wouldn't honor my booking, which I'd made cheaply using Agoda vouchers, and told me it wasn't confirmed and they had no record of it. I asked for a refund and didn't check in, but they still marked me as a no-show.

A free early check-in was a plus. The rooms are small, and some don't have windows. I found multiple cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. Even at the lower end of the price range, it didn't feel like good value.

The nearby hotel played loud music and had people shouting into a microphone until 1am, so sleeping was tough. The bed was the worst I've ever slept on, with springs poking through, and the bathroom wasn't even in the room. There was no WiFi. It was relatively clean, but awful overall, so just don't stay here.

The room we eventually got had a foul smell, lots of cockroaches, and an old bed whose springs hurt my back. The WiFi kept disconnecting because, apparently, the hotel hadn't paid its ISP. Before check-in, I called the hotel a day ahead and confirmed our booking for a room for two with a TV. But at the desk, the staff tried to put us in a single room without a TV, insisting two people could fit in one bed with one pillow. I asked him to check, and there was a room for us after all, despite his saying they were fully booked. RedDoorz should review its partnership with this property.
