The hotel itself was amazing, with great staff and service. The spa staff could use more training, though. My wife and I had a rude experience with a woman who insulted us in Tagalog as she showed us to the tea room, not realizing we could understand her.

The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone we met was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at Networld Hotel Spa and Casino. The relaxed atmosphere was just right for unwinding after a long week. A great place to recharge and treat yourself, highly recommended!

We were there after Cebu pacific airline cancelled our flight because of the last typhoon, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Jenny rose and the other restaurant staff, whose names I can't all remember, along with the receptionist and massage therapist, gave incredible service. Super well recommended.

The place was decently priced and okay, but the service was slow and getting things right took effort. It wasn't horrible. I just wasn't warned about a loud kids' party in the parking lot at 6am on Saturday morning.

At Le Amoretto cafe bar and restaurant, the wait for an order is excessive. I pressed the buzzer several times and nobody came to take my order. When I asked the manager whether it was working, he said it was, but he seemed ineffective and didn't care about customers. The slow service left me disappointed, and the manager made a bad impression on hotel visitors.
