OYO 665 Pasay Centrale Hotel

My stay ended up being worth it, thanks in part to the pleasant, accommodating reception staff. Pasay Skybar was great too, especially Louie, who was helpful, professional, and friendly. The morning lady there was quite complainant and not very helpful. The maintenance and cleaning staff weren't helpful, apart from Grace, and most of the others were rather rude. The toilet water pressure was very weak, and I wasn't given any water when I first checked in.

We paid for two days and two nights, while at other hotels that price would only cover half a day. It's really affordable, and now we know where to stay next time we're in Manila. There are lots of street food stalls outside and a 7 eleven nearby, so I never went hungry. The room is basic and mostly just for sleeping, which suited me since I was going to be busy and didn't need anything fancy. It was clean and had a hot shower. The aircon was a little noisy, but for the price I think it was worth it.

The staff were kind and helpful. This is more of a dormitory than a hotel, but it's good value for a low price, especially if you find a promo. The cheaper rooms don't include room service. They do have a Smart TV, free WIFI, a heater, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and an extra basin in the room.

The location is good, and the hotel itself is fine, but the receptionists were impolite and seemed not to understand customer service. Basic things like a rug, trash can, hangers, and electric kettle weren't available. The TV wasn't useful because there was no remote.
