Premiere Haven at Sea Residences

I made a simple mistake with the booking date and asked to cancel a week ahead. They rejected the request several times without giving a reason. Agoda kept saying they’d follow up, but nothing happened. Calling the property was just as bad. They said things like “we’re in the elevator,” muted the calls, then hung up. They seem to vanish once they have your money. There’s no support, and the whole thing was stressful and a waste of time. If that’s what you’re after, this place fits. Otherwise, book somewhere else.

I had an Agoda confirmation email, but on check-in day the staff wouldn’t respond or give me any information. The person running their Facebook page was disrespectful, and offered neither an apology nor another solution. It was the worst experience. Don’t risk getting scammed by booking here.

We booked about three nights, and the charge had already gone onto the card. When we got there, nobody answered us in the lobby. We were tired, so we asked about checking in early. They came over to collect the ₱400 fee, but didn’t care about our other requests. The room smelled bad, had lots of cockroaches, and the air conditioner dripped right onto the bed. The TV didn’t work, and unfinished laundry was left in the washing machine. We asked to switch rooms but got no answer. They told me to contact Agoda and said their boss or owner didn’t care. Agoda then directed me back to the owner or customer service, which still meant those caretakers. We wanted a refund for the remaining nights and to check out, but nobody replied. We booked another staycation and hoped they’d get back to us. They only messaged on our checkout date. I didn’t reply. I still had their key and wanted to speak to the boss and get our refund, but they didn’t care. I guess they’ll just replace the doorknob. Homepal and Premier Haven are the same listing, and they should be banned. Cockroaches were everywhere, especially at night. I would never recommend this staycation.

We booked a week ahead and had already sent our IDs. They canceled on us the day before the booking, and now they’re suddenly very responsive. Scam.
