The staff were friendly and helpful, and Terminal 1 is close enough to reach on foot. I was happy with my stay, and this seems like a good choice if you're flying to or from Manila.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and the elevator is meant for luggage. I only saw one person at the front desk, so if they need a restroom break, you may have to wait. As far as I know, this is the closest hotel to the airport. Terminal 1 is about a 10-minute walk if the streets have walkways, which isn't usual in the Philippines; Terminal 2 takes around 25 minutes on foot.

I came back after a good stay three years ago, but this time I regretted booking again. The bed squeaked badly and I could feel the springs, and I woke up with a terrible body ache. The staff seemed unfriendly, like they didn't want to talk to me. They also didn't help carry my things to the room, so I checked out after just one night.

The location was so bad that taxi drivers didn't want to take us down the narrow lanes, and it was noisy all night with people talking. The room was missing basic things, including toilet paper and even a blanket. I had booked more nights, but found somewhere else instead despite getting no refund. Horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the reviews, I wouldn't stay here even for free.
