The staff were courteous, and they accept GCash. Our room and bathroom were clean, but there was an unpleasant smell, like a dead cockroach. I'd suggest putting a scented candle or deodorizer in every room.

The room was really clean, and the rates were affordable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced too. All the staff were generous, approachable, and always smiling at guests. Five stars from me ❤️

The service was okay, and there was a TV and a vault, but I strongly do not recommend this horrible place. The family room had no closets and barely any outlets, especially for a family room. It was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the doormats were dirtier than outside. The bedsheets and blankets made me itchy, the sink water was dirty, and the bathroom floor was slippery. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

We spent the whole day here because it was close to the airport and easy to reach the provincial bus terminal. There was no VIP room available, so my partner and I took the garage room. It was spacious and affordable, and the staff were accommodating. But they hadn't even swept or cleaned the floor. The toilet looked clean but still smelled of pee. The towels and bedding were worn, with a dirty white color, so we bought detergent powder and bleach at a nearby convenience store to clean the bathroom. There were no tissue rolls in the restroom.
