The owner made my three-night stay feel like visiting family. He enjoys chatting and hearing guests' stories, and even if you're travelling alone, the place feels warm, like an aunt or uncle's home. He and his family invited me to dinner and snacks, even though food wasn't part of the room, and he surprised me with a discount at checkout. They're Ybanag, and generosity is part of their culture, so I took the hospitality as sincere. They may ask where you're headed when you leave because they want to offer helpful tips or recommendations. Please be respectful with the staff and management; they don't put up with rude or entitled behavior, which I appreciated. My room was basic, but at ₱1,000 to ₱1,500 the rates are affordable and good value if you mostly need somewhere to rest between outings. It's also very close to NAIA. I had no problems during my three nights, and I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the stay still fell short on comfort, safety, and basic facilities. It took me an hour to pinpoint the place on the map; better directions or signs would help. The room didn't feel worth the price: the air conditioning barely worked, the water pressure was so low I couldn't freshen up, there was no hot water, and the balcony door was broken. There was no trash bin or extra towel, and the narrow stairs to the third floor made me uneasy. The Agoda promotional rate was confusing too. We paid in full through Agoda despite the discount, so I expected the owner to treat us like other customers, including foreign guests. Room quality, amenities, and safety all need attention.

The owner harassed a friend of mine during their stay. They felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, and the owner made intrusive, inappropriate suggestions.

I didn't feel safe or comfortable here with my son. It was a creepy place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
