For a single night before an early flight from Terminal 1 or 2, I’d consider staying here again. Room 4B had a nice view, a comfortable bed, and air conditioning that worked properly. The property is very close to Terminal 1, with a convenience store just a short walk away. The neighborhood was noticeably noisy, though, and the water pressure was so weak that showering was difficult. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room because the router was on a lower floor, so I had to step out onto the balcony to connect. It’s neither great nor terrible, but handy for an overnight airport stay.

If you have a long layover and want a private place to rest, this is convenient, especially for Terminal 1, which is very close. The rooms are affordable, spacious, clean, and don’t smell bad. The receptionist was kind and easy to talk to, and snacks were available. The Wi-Fi was strong, perhaps because my room was on the second floor. I had a good experience.

I’ve stayed in these apartments twice, both times for one night while passing through Manila. They’re simple and modest, but clean, and the location near the airport is very convenient. The local neighborhood, or barangay, is hospitable too.

The staff were nice, the rooms were clean, and Terminal 1 is within walking distance.
