The hosts were easy to reach and quick to accommodate what we asked for, and everything in the unit was in good shape. It was clean, tidy, and had the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi and Netflix. Our stay went smoothly with no problems, so it felt like an easy five-star experience. We'd happily recommend it.

My wife made the booking, so I’m not in your database. We stayed from the 31st of dec to third of January in Tower C/D, and the room wasn’t suitable for four people, even though we were led to believe it was. That felt like mis-selling. I disliked the place.

Just one night here, and it was awful. The room was filthy, and the photos only showed some of the mess. Cockroaches were all over the place, so it felt scary to sit anywhere.

This used to be a great place, but now it feels overcrowded with Chinese guests. It's become so noisy and dirty, and there's a smell of smoke all the time. At night they bring hookers. Not family friendly 👎
