Shore 2 Residences

The staff made the stay especially welcoming. They were friendly, easy to approach, and attentive when I had requests. Shore 2 Residence was clean and well kept, and the room details felt thoughtfully done, from the furnishings to the useful amenities. The location also made it convenient to reach attractions and everyday services. It would be nice to have some upgraded facilities or more shared areas where people could relax and socialize. Still, it was comfortable, good value, and hassle-free. I'd happily recommend it.

I can't recommend this place, especially for families with children. It may look nice outside and in the lobby, but the facilities and staff were awful. I've been in the Philippines for about a month and visited many places, and nowhere else have I encountered staff this rude. This wasn't the only incident, but it's the example I have today. We went to the pool with my baby and younger siblings. A security guard asked in Tagalog whether we'd signed in. I said, “no sorry,” because we'd never been there before and didn't know the process. The woman muttered, “oh you’re foreigners,” then rolled her eyes and sighed. Only after I said that was rude did she apologize and explain the rules properly. I'm Filipino Australian, so I understand the language but can't speak it. I wasn't asking for special help, just an explanation without the attitude. The garbage situation was also terrible: there's no chute, just one garbage room where residents on the floor leave their bins, and the whole floor stinks badly. The washing machine didn't work, half the cabinets were broken when we arrived, and the toilet and toilet paper were soaking wet. The room photos were untouched by us and show how it was given to us. Please don't waste your time or money here. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I was really stressed before we arrived, but our two-night, three-day staycation was worth it. Floating in the pool with those lovely views was so relaxing, especially around sunset and at night. I loved it!
