Siayan Travellers Inn

The front desk staff were nice, and check-in was smooth. The location is close by, with free airport transportation both ways and free breakfast. My shower didn't work, and there was a lot of black mold in the bathroom.

The rooms looked filthy, the sheets were stained, and the room smelled of chlorine. The manager openly swears in the FO, which showed no professionalism in hospitality. I don't understand how this is considered a two-star hotel.

Never again. The service was slow and the staff were rude. The phone didn't work, so you had to go to reception yourself whenever you needed something. The shower heater was useless, and the attendant was always delayed. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come fix it. Reception said they were busy and fully booked, what an excuse, when most of the rooms were vacant!

We stayed just last night, and it was a very bad experience. The rooms were bad, and the toilet was old and dirty. The actual room was very different from the photos online, so my advice is never to stay here. Don't trust the management's pictures, the rooms aren't the same as shown. The online listing said there was a free airport shuttle, but when I got to Manila airport there wasn't one. Nobody answered the phone number they provided either, so I had to book a taxi to the hotel. I wouldn't give this hotel even one star. I advise everyone to avoid it, or you'll regret it like I do. What I'm saying is true.
