The Heritage Hotel Manila

Staff were the standout, consistently hospitable throughout my pleasant stay. My fourth-floor room was clearly dated, although a display at the check-in desk showed that some rooms on the upper floors have been renovated. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The location was fine, around 15-20 minutes from the airport if traffic is kind, and about the same to central Manila.

The food was the part I didn't expect to like so much. It tasted genuinely high quality, and even at events, when food can be hit or miss, it stayed delicious and satisfying. The Heritage Hotel may be on the smaller side, but the staff and management work together really well and know how to look after guests. My stay has been great, and I'd recommend it.

Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Manny in the restaurant was especially good, always serving with a smile, and Dolly at reception was attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy, though there's no Netflix, so bring a Firestick if you need it. We heard from Google that the neighborhood isn't safe to walk at night. We felt safer walking around Makati than here.

The luggage took over half an hour to reach our room after check-in. We arrived after midnight and were exhausted, so I called reception and eventually went down to the lobby before anyone realized it still hadn't been sent up. Aside from that, we had a comfortable two-night stay for a good price. The hotel's near the airport and a short distance from MOA, and check-in was quick even at that late hour. The staff were kind and helpful, and they upgraded us to a huge suite. It was clean, with a comfy bed, a roomy bathroom, and a shower with strong pressure that felt like a little massage. Breakfast had lots of choices. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked relaxing and well cared for. Staff were friendly throughout. I'd happily come back.
