The sheets and towels were at least clean. Everything else was awful for the price: three roaches in a single night, no hot water, and no TV, though there was a remote controller, just as advertised. The floors were dirty with debris, and there were things like door handles, a toilet seat cover, and a random crutch in the corner. The place looked ransacked. Maybe the worst place I’ve ever stayed for what I paid.

Fast internet and customer service were the perks. But we booked 3 days and 2 nights and regret it all. The room smelled, the floor was dusty, and the comfort room was so unpleasant it made me nauseous. The moldy air conditioner smelled awful, and the bed and pillows looked badly used. Everything in the unit had a smell. If you grew up in the slums, maybe this place won’t bother you. But if you’re used to a clean, healthy environment, I wouldn’t suggest booking here. It’s sad that RedDorz’s mission and vision aren’t being put into practice at all.

We left that night and went home, even though we were exhausted. We heard screeching and scratching noises, and the odd vacant room was unsettling. Before that, we’d found two single beds as booked, but only one had a mattress. The pillows were stained, there was a strange extra door with an empty bed in front of it, and the bathroom ceiling had a scary hole right above the toilet. The room had a unique smell too. The place looked like an ordinary house in a residential subdivision from outside, but the entrance was barely lit. The hallways looked like dark alleys in a horror movie, and we were afraid to walk alone. My mom and younger sister got in on check-in day just by giving my name. Nobody asked for IDs or checked with me, which was a huge red flag. They might let strangers in. I arrived a little later. We’d booked 3 days and 2 nights, but before check-in I got emails saying our slot had been canceled just hours beforehand. Thankfully customer service confirmed it was a system malfunction, and other customers had experienced the same thing. When we left, the front desk just took our keys. They didn’t ask questions or inspect the room. I’ll never forget those unlit hallways by the elevator. We were scared we wouldn’t get out alive. It was a horrible experience, and I’d never book with any RedDoorz again.

We couldn’t even last 3 hours of our 48 hour booking, and there was no refund. Think twice before going. I especially wouldn’t recommend it for families or stays longer than 24 hours. I felt scammed, and based on my experience, I don’t recommend the place. It was dusty and didn’t seem sanitized. Customer service was barely friendly, and the price felt high for the quality. We were worried about the lack of security, convenient parking, and food service. The place didn’t feel safe; we had a strange sense of being watched and negative energy that we couldn’t shake, and we couldn’t sleep. This is a genuine account, not a biased review. If you’re considering booking, Sogo would be better.
