Kasara T1-4k Urban Staycation

The elevators were a serious problem during my month rental at Kasara Tower 1. All 3 elevators shut down one day for repairs without warning, and it took almost 4 hours to fix them. We had to use the stairs from the 23rd floor. My original booking was cancelled at the last minute by the owner, who referred us to another owner to make up for it. Unit 23R was clearly not maintained: it was filthy, with cockroaches everywhere. I reported it right away, and the owner offered pest control. I agreed, though I thought this should have been done before I arrived, especially since some locked cabinets seemed to be where the roaches were coming from. I was away every 3-4 days and expected the problem to be settled by the time I returned. After my first trip during the first week, the owner said they had to wait for me because my belongings were inside and pest control would take 3 hours. I went out at the time they said the pest control worker would arrive, expecting the owner to assist since it was their unit. Instead, I got a call telling me to come back and help the worker. The treatment didn't work, because some cabinets were locked and looked like hiding places for the cockroaches. Such a disappointing experience.
