We had a nice night view, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The guards welcomed us promptly and opened the car doors when our service dropped us off. Check-in at reception was smooth, with hardly any wait, and the air-conditioning worked fine. We didn't manage to visit the pool because of time constraints. A few things were missing: the receptionist couldn't provide extra amenities like a razor or disposable blades, and there were no indoor slippers. We hadn't brought any, so the floor felt too cold to walk on, and I got somewhat sick because of it. The toilet has no bidet, and there was no shower head, which would work much better than a hand shower. Cable TV only had a limited set of local channels. I hope they add a foreign movie channel like HBO. Still, the stay met our expectations for a relaxing, pleasant visit, so I'd give it 5 out of 5.

I spent over 11-12 months here on a business trip in 2013. The property was clean and very hygienic, and the staff were welcoming and courteous. I still remember the fragrance they use around reception. Guys, what is that scent or perfume called? I'd love to make my home smell like it.

The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and it worked well for a toddler. The appliances were out of kids' reach. Our Wi-Fi had problems, but staff got it fixed quickly. The indoor pool was a little small, and its shallowest part was 2 feet deep, worth knowing if you have kids aged 2 and under. There are great places to eat nearby, so we recommend staying here and will definitely come back. If you have a big car, the parking area can be hard to navigate because of the tight turns, though the parking staff were very helpful.

The dining staff were really nice, and breakfast was simple but delicious. We enjoyed the food and that made our overnight stay memorable. The room was clean enough, though we found a cockroach in the cabinet and another in the bathroom.
