OYO 810 Urbanspace

The maintenance staff’s behavior has made living here uncomfortable for me. I pay for my parking spot and expect basic care for my property, but I found new scratches on my car. I can’t say for sure what caused them, though it seems suspicious. I’ve repeatedly seen maintenance staff smoking and hanging out right behind tenants’ parked cars. That’s a tight space, and of all places to take a break, choosing the spot behind our cars feels intrusive. It’s not only the smoke smell. It makes me wonder if they’re peeking inside or checking for things to steal, when I’m just trying to trust where I live. Other tenants I’ve spoken with have complained about staff acting unpleasantly and sometimes suspiciously too, so this doesn’t feel like an isolated experience. It’s a shame, because you want a pleasant, secure place as a renter, but the people meant to maintain the building are making it feel uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it if you value peace of mind and respect for your belongings.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are very accommodating. They provide all the necessities, and I felt comfortable and safe here. They make sure customers are satisfied, so I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a room.

The place is okay, but how clean your room stays depends on your roommates. Tiny cockroaches were all over the restroom and cabinets. Rent is reasonable, but once you move your things in, you have to pay the bill even if you haven't started staying there yet, and they offer no consideration on that. You also lose the deposit if you move out before the contract ends. Think it through before signing.

Easy to get to places from here, and it seems like a great fit for young workers and professionals. I had a warm, cozy stay at urbanspace, and I'd definitely move in again if I found work nearby. Thanks, ate Candy and Maning Edwin! 🫶🏻💕🤍
