Hotel Sogo Santolan

Getting around from Hotel Sogo Santolan was easy, and the quality and comfort were better than I expected for the price. The staff were professional, polite, and accommodating, with quick responses whenever I needed help. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was tidy and organized when I arrived, and it stayed comfortable and well maintained. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning strong, and everything worked properly. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable stay in Santolan. ⭐

The regular room has a nice vibe, plenty of space, and smells good. WiFi was easy to connect to and the service was fast. They called after I checked in, and anica was really nice and polite. I’ll definitely come back!!!

I won’t return to this branch after our frustrating first visit. The room cost 2,700+ for 24 hours, so we expected the facilities to be in good shape. The room rates also didn’t match the ones on the hotel sogo website, which was confusing. We first got the executive garage room. It was large and clean, with a bathtub, but there were lots of mosquitoes. When we asked for insect spray, they said its scent was too strong and moved us to a Japanese Theme room. We chose to leave instead. That room had small cockroaches, an improperly wiped table, a badly chipped bathtub, a broken handle bar, a tissue dispenser barely hanging on by double-sided tape, an unclean toilet, a busted garage light, and a broken garage door. The staff member who helped us at the start also seemed unfocused. The manager apologized after we left, but I still won’t go back to that branch.

The warmth in Room 102, the “Mega suite,” made our 24-hour stay uncomfortable at times. Only one air-conditioning unit was working, and it didn’t cool the room enough. The staff made the experience much more pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was polite and respectful. The security guard was especially attentive, greeting us warmly whenever we came or went and always ready to help.
