Mayfield Park Residences

There are lots of trees, plus a nice clubhouse and pool. It’s handy having an SM hypermart so close. The place could use some repainting and sprucing up, though. It’s one of the older DMCI developments.

We’ve been very happy so far after moving to Mayfield Park residence in pasig manila. It’s in a good location, and although the building is older, it’s well maintained. The swimming pool is great. The gym is a different story. They charge 50 pesos to use it, but the equipment is very old, the treadmill is broken, and the free weights have no clips. It gets very hot in there with no Aircon. Security makes getting in a big hassle, and with condo fees of 3,500 a month, I think the gym should be free, ijs.

I bought a second unit here because I love living here.

We stayed at a relative’s condo here and liked the relaxed community feel. People are friendly, and there’s a lovely little pool for swimming or just sitting by. The supermart is right at the end of the entrance road, which is handy. It feels very safe with guards around. It isn’t close to much else, but it’s a comfortable place for a relaxing stay.
