The room was clean, and the people at the establishment were great and friendly. The problem was the marketing. The rooms on the site were misrepresented. We accepted the option to pay onsite, but minutes later they called and said they'd release our reservation if we didn't pay online. That felt poor and unprofessional. Please improve the service.

The place is clean and nice, but I don't think the water heater has ever worked. Only one pipe is connected to it, with the other disconnected, so we got a cold shower.

The room had just been renovated, so its amenities were new, including a hot and cold shower. It was very clean and stayed cool enough even with the aircon off.

The neighborhood is quiet, and there's cable TV. Still, this is our least favorite Reddoorz so far. Unlike the other Reddoorz we've stayed at, it had no kettle, microwave, or fridge.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. It's also in a great location, quiet and safe.
