As a resident of One Oasis Pasig, I’m deeply concerned about how little urgency and accountability building management, Filinvest, has shown. After a fire in the nearby houses on October 12, 2025, residents found that our fire hydrant had no water and the fire pump system wasn’t working. Despite repeated reports and follow-ups, there has been no concrete action or inspection as of today. This puts all residents at risk. Management has been slow to respond and only makes statements after tenants apply pressure. I hope this review raises awareness and prompts faster, more transparent action to keep everyone safe.

There’s a clubhouse, plenty of parking, and an outdoor play area for children. The condo is well maintained, with outdoor swimming pools and a small gym.

It feels like a pretty safe place, with a lot of security, and we haven’t heard of any crime incidents. Still, lots of people can enter and leave the property. The pool and clubhouse are nice, and there are many establishments nearby because a commercial building sits right beside the residential area. The place looks old and isn’t well maintained. The network signal around here isn’t very good either.

It’s a lovely spot to stay when you want to get out of the city and just chill. The traffic on the way here is the only problem.
