At night, the restaurant looks beautiful, and the tables are spaced out enough that I could enjoy dinner without hearing someone else’s phone. We ordered the classic burger. It was excellent, but the chips were stone cold, as if they’d been sitting for 10 minutes before arriving. The menu didn’t match the burgers, so I couldn’t tell which one came with an egg, and the waitress didn’t know either. She kept hovering for our order even though we’d already ordered drinks and wanted to take our time. Three stars, still better than average. If the food had arrived piping hot, it would have been five. We came just for dinner, and we’ll come back to give it another try.

The pool is really nice, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and tidy. Angelyn's is right on the seafront in a quieter part of Sabang, far enough from the discos and bars to avoid their noise. Thank you, Angelyn's!

The resort grounds are beautifully kept, and the architecture is stunning. Staff welcomed me warmly and stayed attentive during my visit. There was a good variety of food, and it was generally quite tasty, though I found the prices a bit expensive.

The food came out really quickly, which was good, but the restaurant's basic dishes weren't anything special for Puerto Galera. The location is great, close to the beach, though the blocks mean my room had no view.
