We’ve visited four times over three years and never had a staff-related problem. The place is quiet and secure, with sturdy concrete construction and heavy mahogany beams, sidewalks throughout, and a snorkeling reef just along the shoreline. It’s easy to settle in with a book, paint, or think in peace. If you’re after a party, Sabang is the place to go. There’s a restaurant and bar on the third floor, reached by a spiral staircase, plus a pool table and a small library. The third floor is also a nice place to relax with coffee or catch some sun. They rent scooters too, which makes it easy to explore the island. We’ll be back in February for our sixth visit, this time with family. I added 25 photos.

We came back after a few years, this time with our baby, and are enjoying ourselves all over again. It’s a beautiful place with a nice pool, and the restaurant sits high up with a view. The staff are great. We’ll definitely return, 10/10.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. We rented a bike at reception, so getting around wasn’t an issue for us. We’ll be back.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside, and the staff are nice, though you may need patience when asking for things. A free continental breakfast is offered, with Filipino, American, and kids’ options. Room quality varies: for two people, expect a very basic room, while rooms for six or more are quite pretty. Extras cost money too. Life vests aren’t provided, so you have to rent one, and goggles and similar items are paid for. The water tanks can run out. If you hear odd sounds while showering, washing your hands, or brushing your teeth, stop, or you may end up with rust or mud from the tank. I’m not sure I’d stay here again. 🥹
