Mindorinne Oriental Beach Resort

The room is just fine for the price, and the staff are very accommodating. The restrooms aren't very modern, but they're okay. It's easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and stores. With such an affordable price, it's a good place to stay overall.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. The east-facing rooms in the Deluxe A suites have nice views, but I would never stay here again. I saw many other places to stay around White Beach during our visit, and they all looked much better than the Mindorinne for much less. I wouldn't recommend booking here unless you can inspect the room in person. It isn't worth the price. We booked a Deluxe A room because it showed two double beds, but were given a queen. Some tiles were missing in that section of the hotel, and they started installing replacements while guests were there. We had to hop between patches of wet cement and adhesive before they finally offered to move us. The premier deluxe room they moved us to looked better at first, but was in worse shape than the Deluxe A and had no good views. The property was extremely dirty and in terrible condition. The toilets didn't flush properly, there was no water pressure, and the old tube TVs were in disrepair. The gates squeaked loudly as they were opened and closed at all hours. The owners seem to be letting the place fall apart and more interested in getting paid than providing guests a good experience.

It's a very large, comfortable place, with decent rooms and service. There wasn't a bar area that I could find, and dining is off site. It should be great when the resort is fully operational again.

We came back for a second stay, just walked in, and luckily they had a room available. The property is right on the beachfront, close to restaurants, bars, and the tiangge, but inside you can barely hear the bars at night. They were renovating different areas while we were there, and plan to add a swimming pool in the future. We'll definitely visit again.
