The low price didn’t make up for how disappointing the room was. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, and the sink pipes leaked whenever I turned on the tap. I also found ants in the room. There was no internet or kettle, and the only towels provided were bath towels. The noise made it really hard to rest. Other guests’ TVs were loud at night, then very loud construction-like sounds started inside the building early in the morning, with hammering and cutting.

It’s easy to walk to food and shopping from here, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were helpful, too. Best of all, it’s actually quiet, which can be hard to find elsewhere. Thumbs up from me.

I slept really well here. The bed was comfortable, and closing the curtains made the room dark enough for me to sleep past sunrise. The hostel was clean, with big rooms and friendly staff. It’s near the market, a few diving schools, and some beaches that weren’t crowded. I had a good stay, 10/10 👍

There’s plenty of space in the room, and the restroom is good. The downside is there’s no hot shower, and the water flow is the worst part. I had to wait a very long time and hope for enough water.

The room was clean and elegant, with a table and chairs, cabinet, lampshade, and electric fan. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s close to eateries and canteens, as well as the public market, plaza, church, and jeep terminal. You can get to Balatero Port with one ride.
