Red Sun Resort

The place is beautiful, but the staff made the atmosphere miserable. At check-in, the female staff member Agnis handed me a key without checking my ID or showing me to the room. She only pointed me in the right direction. She also couldn’t explain the remote control, so I had to figure it out myself. The shower head was cracked and sprayed water everywhere, and the shower drain was clogged. When I asked at the desk, Agnis said they already knew about the broken shower head. Why wasn’t it fixed before I arrived? They eventually repaired both problems, but left the bathroom messy. When I asked for someone to mop it, Agnis told me to use a towel and wipe the floor myself. As a guest, I shouldn’t have to clean their bathroom. A clothesline left on the balcony by the previous guest was another thing I had to clear away. I asked Agnis twice to speak with the manager, but she made excuses that the manager wasn’t there. Worst hotel staff ever. The place itself is lovely, but the lazy staff ruined the atmosphere.

This place should just close already!

The staff at Red Sun Resort were lovely and eager to help. I had a wonderful time there!

I had an awesome stay at the resort. Such a good place to get away and relax.
