The room was spotless, with a really comfy mattress and pillows that felt like a cloud. The shower had strong pressure and hot water caused no trouble. What made the stay especially good was the staff: everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, from reception and housekeeping to the security guard.

It was easy to get into town for shops and restaurants, and the seaside food market is nearby too. The hotel also runs a free shuttle to the airport every hour, which takes about 10 minutes with traffic. Inside, it’s modern and extremely clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is included, with cooked dishes, toast, coffee, and an egg or omelette station. Janna at reception deserves a special mention for being so helpful.

Jana and Judy at reception were cheerful and very professional, which was a pleasure. The facilities are good, and the place sits right in the center of Puerto Princesa. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The hot water was missing for two of our three days, even after I complained several times about room 202. Apart from that, it’s a decent hotel with a good location, wifi, and breakfast. The restaurant staff also took our vegetarian and vegan needs into account.

The breakfast was very sparse and tasteless, and although it was advertised for 6:30 a.m., it didn’t actually begin until 7. The hot water also turned cold at one point, and they never fixed it before we left. Our room was small and uncomfortable, with a view of a garbage dump through the balcony bars. The AC was loud and couldn’t be adjusted. There was no fridge, barely any closet space, and nowhere to hang wet clothes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
