I only stayed one day, but it already felt so comfortable that I didn’t want to go home. Baranda’s place feels like home even though it’s a rental, and it’s much cheaper than other options. The owner and everyone there were so friendly, and the free airport ride was an unexpected extra that exceeded my expectations. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, there’s a heater, and the place is near a church, market, mall, and especially the airport. I’d love to return to Palawan and stay at Baranda’s place again. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Palawan.

The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and a lot of fun to spend time with. He booked tours for us at lower prices than the websites, took us to a restaurant on our last night, then joined us for billiards and coffee. Breakfast was really good too. It’s a lovely, clean place, near tuk-tuks and a yacht club. We had a fantastic time here. :-)

They gave me a ride from the airport, even though people there told me nobody would come at the price I was paying. The service was professional and everyone was friendly, so I’d highly recommend them. Fellow Catholics, though, be aware that they’re part of a man-made cult, Inglesia ni Cristo. Historical fact: Christ formed the Roman Catholic Church, outside of which there is no salvation, St. Jn. 6;54.

This is already my second night here, and I booked for Aug. 21-24. What you see is what you get, and I really do feel at home. If you want to get away from views of buildings, I fully recommend this place. The owner,
