The room was spacious, and we liked the pool, which wasn’t cold, and the relaxing forest feel. Rooms are affordable, and they offer massages and tour packages too. There isn’t much choice for food or drinks at the hotel, though. Malls are a 10-15 minute tricycle ride away, costing 200 pesos each. Backride Pinas works like Grab, but it was expensive: 452 pesos from here to Robinsons Place for a 13-15 minute drive. Still, we had a great stay.

The location is handy if you need to be near the airport, and my stay was generally fine. But I’m very concerned about the dogs kept on the property. They were left on very short leashes for long stretches and seemed to get little affection or mental stimulation. Seeing the Husky in particular was upsetting, since the breed needs a lot of exercise and room. I hope management improves their care and gives them a more humane environment with enough space. Until then, I can’t fully recommend the place.

The rooms were roomy, the decor was lovely, and the pool was great. It felt like a little bit of luxury tucked away in Puerto Princesa. Some areas seemed to be under construction during my stay, so features like the swim-up bar weren’t available. I’d stay here again.

There’s plenty to enjoy here: a large pool, hot tub, swim-up bar, spa and massage services, billiards room, and a lovely garden with rocks and lots of shade. The bar and restaurant are nice, showers are heated, and the staff are friendly. I liked having friendly cats around, too. It’s private, close to a beach, and easy to arrange transport or a personal driver. You can also withdraw cash on site through G-Cash. One of the best places to stay on a Palawan visit. Perfect score!

The pool was awesome, and the staff were really friendly and respectful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The paint was a little worn, but what else do you need?
