We were five, with three kids, and rented the family room. It was simple and nice, with AC and great beds. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The included breakfast was good, and the kids had a great time in the pool. We'd definitely recommend staying here in Puerto Princessa.

Everyone at Hillside Resort was so kind. We arrived at 2 a.m. the night before check-in, and they woke up to let us in. Since our booked room wasn't ready, they gave us an upgraded room for free. When the power went out, they hurried to start the generator so I could work, and they even drove us to the ATM. The bed was comfortable and the grounds are really pretty. I'd definitely recommend Hillside Resort.

It was such an enjoyable stay in a beautiful, peaceful place. Breakfast is included, and if you tell them the night before what you'd like and when, they cook it fresh and it's delicious. They also picked us up at the airport and took us to other places around town.

A nice place, with airport transportation arranged both ways. They don't change the towels or bedding unless you ask, but if you do ask, the service is good and they take care of it.

The staff are really nice and accommodating, but power, water, and WiFi were pretty unstable. There's not much around, and the bed was too soft for my taste.
