I'd avoid Palawan Rose Inn because they showed little concern or accountability about a guest's belongings. My relative was having breakfast, alone in the dining area, when her phone went missing. When she politely asked the staff for help, they blamed her for leaving it unattended instead of assisting. They also refused to check CCTV footage, or perhaps they had no cameras at all. That lack of security and support when a guest is distressed is unacceptable. If you expect even basic customer service and care for your belongings, I'd stay elsewhere.

My phone was stolen in their dining area, and they had no CCTV at all. I asked for help, but no one was able to do anything. I went back to my hometown in tears after they told me they couldn't help. Poor service.
