The stay was fine in most ways, and being right along the city's main street was convenient. I did ask for one double bed, though, and got three single beds instead.

The location worked well, but the rooms seemed neglected. The towels felt like rags, extra towels cost money even for stays over three days, and even razors were paid. There was a cockroach smell, and the toilet had standing water, drained poorly, and had a weak flush and water supply. They wanted 150 to extend checkout by an hour and offered no complimentary extension, even for a multi-day stay. I’d look for somewhere better at the same price. Better yet, I highly recommend CANVAS HOTEL PPS instead.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't come back even if the stay were free.

Service was decent, and the water pressure and heater both worked fine. That didn't make up for the rest of the stay, though. The WiFi was slow, the room smelled unpleasant, and I found a cockroach. My friend found one in their room too. The bedding was in poor shape: the comforter was very thin, with hairs and stains underneath, and the pillow covers were dirty and had little holes. I felt itchy all night and suspect there may have been bed bugs. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained, with walls that were visibly deteriorating. Overall, its condition made for a disappointing stay.
