The rooms are really big, and even though we arrived early, they offered early check-in for a very small fee. Robinsons supermarket is nearby. A great hotel.

Sheena deserves a special mention, her smile could light up any room. The staff were fantastic, always friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is lovely, in an accessible part of town, and has a nice pool plus a small but perfectly good gym. I’d definitely come back on another trip to Palawan.

After I got out of the hospital, they were very accommodating and the service was great. When we left at 6 am, they let us have a packed breakfast early. The beds were comfortable and the AC was good. It was very quiet, with hardly any other guests, but that suited what we needed perfectly. Great value for money.

The shuttle van never showed up, and nobody answered the phones when we landed around 8-9 pm. There didn't seem to be competent management on site during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly but untrained, and the hotel seemed to have been grand in its day but is no longer maintained. Our bathroom was quite dirty. At breakfast, dirty dishes were left around and silverware and coffee cups were missing for at least half an hour. The food wasn't well stocked either. The actual restaurant never opened while we were there.

The pool was big and clean, and the food was delicious! The gym is small, but it was better than nothing. I had early tours, so I asked if I could use the gym before its scheduled opening time. The staff were happy to open it early for me. They were friendly and very helpful. My room was clean, though the bathroom could use a little remodeling. The shower and toilet worked fine.
