The room had a working air conditioner, cable TV, telephone, queen bed with blanket and duvet, table and chair, cabinet, drawers, and bathroom with sink, shower, hot water, and bidet. There was complimentary breakfast, drinking water, coffee, creamer, sugar, a kettle, body wash, shampoo, tissue, and a body towel. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch or dinner. The hotel has a function room, a top-floor pool, 24/7 reception and lobby, and a 24/7 security guard. Parking is available but limited, and there's no elevator. It's near SM City Puerto Princesa, some restaurants, and hospitals. From the airport it's only five minutes by tricycle, so there's no need to hire a taxi if you're traveling light. The room was okay and the stay was great overall. The keycard takes a bit of fiddling before the door reads it, and the overhead sliding windows bang against the bed frame during storms or windy weather, which gets annoying.
