The staff were awesome, friendly, and quick to respond to requests or try to sort out problems. We enjoyed our seven nights overall, and the current rates seem fair for a hotel that isn't expensive. The setting is fantastic: quiet but central, with large grounds, a lovely garden, and lots of trees. The rooms felt somewhat run down and need maintenance to meet the right standard. Wi-Fi was a disaster that week, ranging from limited access to completely down for two separate stretches of two days. If they improve the upkeep and fix those issues, I think they could charge a higher nightly rate.

We had a great time and felt like VIPs here. The resort is easy to get to, our room was clean, and the AC got really cold. The staff were respectful, accommodating, and quick to help. Thank you, Ponce de Leon.

The garden gives the resort a peaceful feel, with greenery, colorful flowers, and quiet paths that look well cared for. I liked having somewhere relaxing to stroll in the morning or sit for evening tea, and it makes a lovely photo backdrop. It’s a serene spot to enjoy during your stay and adds a lot to the property.
