An okay hostel for a one-night stay. Music from the nearby clubs can be heard all night.

The accommodation is very affordable and the staff are friendly. They should have room service at all times, though. A trainee shouldn't be left alone to handle all the inquiries.

The room was clean despite being old, and breakfast was brought right to it. They also booked our Puerto Princesa Underground River tour, which made for a fun stay. It’s inexpensive and handy for shopping malls and good restaurants. Replies from the hotel on Facebook came quickly. There’s a live music venue across the street, though, and it stays lively late into the night. I’d recommend this place only if noise doesn’t keep you from sleeping.

Its location and the option for a short-term stay could make this a good choice.
