A handy spot if you have a flight coming up or are arriving jetlagged. The pool and room were decent too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The pool and the view were amazing, and the staff were really helpful. You get your money's worth for a fair price. The bathroom wasn't great, and there were some ants. Breakfast was a little small, though it was okay for the price. If they sort out the bathroom and ants, I'm sure a lot of guests would be happy. I'd stay here again if I come back to Puerto Princesa. We had three rooms next to each other for 17 people, including 9 minors. Each room had four decent beds. The airport pickup was punctual, the location was okay, and adults could walk to the mall. Public transportation is about as good as it gets for PP. The pool was huge, but watch out near the pool shower because it can get slippery. The en-suite water pressure was poor, there was no toilet paper, and the shower and toilet didn't look well maintained. We arrived around 10:00 and asked for an early check-in since the rooms looked cleaned and the children were exhausted from getting up early for the flight. They wouldn't let us in, so the kids slept in reception. I understand the rules and don't want to sound entitled, but some compassion and flexibility in those circumstances would have gone a long way. A little human touch would've been appreciated.

The staff were good, and the hotel is well placed for local amenities. Rooms are a good size, with a bathroom walk-in shower. They're a little dated and could use some modernisation, but I'd recommend the place and stay again.
