The beds were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. The room itself wasn’t especially clean, with quite a few bugs, and the bathroom was tiny and had some plumbing problems. Still, it was an okay place, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep.

I spent most of my time out and mainly used Room 302, a Deluxe King Room booked with breakfast, for sleeping. The pool looked clean and well kept, and the staff were the best part of the stay: friendly, considerate, and accommodating throughout. Breakfast ran from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. It was filling and decent enough to start the day, though nothing stood out. I didn’t notice food service outside those hours. The room was passable but felt poorly maintained. The bidet dripped, some furniture was wobbly, the pillows weren’t comfortable, and towels and slippers weren’t there at first. The towels we got were thin. Around the property, things looked fine from far away but worn up close. The lobby had no air conditioning, though a strong breeze helped. There’s also no elevator, which could be difficult for older guests or anyone with heavy bags. For me, the upkeep and amenities didn’t match what I’d expect from a real 3-star hotel. If you’re out all day and only need a bed, it can work, but I’d keep expectations in check if you’re looking for solid 3-star standards.

The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. Ms. Jo at the front desk was especially helpful, answering our questions during check-in and throughout the stay. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed at Marriane Hotel and had a great time. Our room faced the pool, and hearing the nature sounds was so relaxing. I was surprised by how big the bed was. There’s no hot water in the shower, but I liked that they provided body lotion 😆 The place looks really upscale while still being cheap for its price. Their own van picked us up at the airport, which made things easy. I’ll definitely come back soon!
