The showers were a major problem. There was no water heater or pressure, and during a five-minute shower the water stopped at least three times. When it came back, it was only a trickle. After a day the drain clogged, so we had to leave 30-45 minutes between each person's shower to let it drain, or it would flood into the room. There were no basic amenities, not even toiletries or toilet paper. The staff were unhelpful, though they did come fix the leaking sink. Getting to the residence meant driving down a muddy, uneven road that even the van struggled with. It was right next to the airport, and planes taking off were very loud throughout the night.

The place itself was comfortable and seemed good for celebrations. But the staff were really disrespectful and hard to approach. When I asked questions, nobody mentioned the rules, including the karaoke restriction. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap, which we initially accepted, but things got out of hand after an incident with the staff. For such an expensive price, that level of disrespect was awful.

A nice spot to spend the day, with several pools at a pleasant temperature and shade from the strong sun. You can watch planes from here, too. Entry was 150p, which seemed fair. I just wish there were loungers, since the plastic chairs weren't comfortable.
