We had a great stay in a nice private room with A/C. The staff were lovely, breakfast was good, and there’s a bar nearby with local drinks and a beautiful atmosphere. There was no hot water in the room, but that didn’t bother us. I’d highly recommend it, though be careful with van transfers. We paid extra for a private ride to our next destination, but the van only took us to the coach station and left us there.

The staff were great and very helpful. I spent five days there, met lots of people, and had a wholesome hostel experience. There are 6mix, 10mix, and 14mix dorms, as well as private rooms. The food was good, with plenty of choices, and the bar serves lots of cocktails around the clock. It’s a little far from the town proper, so you’ll need a tricycle or multicab.

The staff were the best part: friendly and helpful, including Eunice, Delia, Chulamita, and the graveyard shift bar boys. Delia even went the extra mile to help me with passport application processing. I stayed just one night and left feeling like I’d made new friends. The dorms were cheap and clean, with good beds and A/C. The atmosphere was quiet and nice, and it was easy to meet travellers from different countries. I made friends from Belgium, UK, Switzerland, Spain, and France. They serve freshly cooked food, have a 24-hour bar with happy hour discounts on specified days, and let guests use the table tennis for free. Definitely going back.

There’s a fun atmosphere for party-minded travellers, the rooms are adequate, and the food is decent. But we got a terrible case of bed bugs. The staff said they’d help by changing the bed, but they never did. The bathroom had no hot water and poor water pressure, so don’t expect much of a shower. The hostel’s shuttle wasn’t very useful either; consider booking through another company.

I go there for the sandwiches because they’re delicious. Judy, the owner, is a great cook, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. There’s a bar where you can eat, plus tables under a roof. It’s outside downtown, so the area is quiet and peaceful. They also have rooms and dorms. I recommend it to anyone.
