The big room was 4mtrs x 5mtrs, and Php800 felt like good value. The aircon was nice, and although multicabs went by every few minutes, there wasn't road noise. The shower was broken, but the hot water tubotubo style was okay by me. A noisy dog barked all night, so I'll have to move somewhere else to sleep better. The small, old-style bathroom needs an upgrade before they charge more. No soap or toilet paper was supplied.

The location was good, the AC was powerful, and the price was cheap. The place was clean, but didn't impress me much. Breakfast was just un-toasted bread and a fried egg, and the mattress was very thin. The bathroom door had no handle and would lock if you shut it all the way.

This is an old pension house, and the split-type air conditioning wasn't enough to cool the room. They also couldn't provide breakfast before 6am for an early flight. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

The location and room were okay, and overall it was quite nice. I was travelling with my husband, though, and the chair, towel, and blanket provided were only enough for one person, so I had to ask for another set.

The included breakfast wasn't good, and the staff weren't helpful. We had booked a quadruple room many weeks ahead, but were told on arrival that it wasn't available. Instead, they put us in a double room with a couple of extra mattresses on the floor and charged us the same price. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
