Coffee Project is the bright spot at Wil Tower. The coffee is okay, and the thin-crust pizza is worth trying. Plastic flowers and vines give the place some charm, too. The building itself feels sad and empty: All Home is large but usually has few customers, while All Day Convenience Store is small and expensive. Please tap Like if you found this review helpful. Thank you.

There are decent shops here, which makes it a shame that the mall feels so deserted. It can be a depressing visit, with hardly anyone around despite its size. Parking spaces were available, but the charge was steep at 55 pesos for three hours. I suppose they may be trying to stop people going to ABS from parking here.

I haven’t gone inside, so that’s all I can say for now. I’ve watched the tower for a month, and lots of people seem to go in. It’s very tall and looks nice from a distance. I’ll add more details if I learn them.

We had a lovely few-night stay in one of the higher units as an Air BnB. The location is handy, with McDonalds, Filipino and Japanese restaurants, bakeries, and cafes nearby. Coffee Project is inside the building and worth a visit. The All Home Convenience Store is useful for quick essentials, and I liked their local snacks such as Ilocos fish crackers. The building reception guards were alert, attentive, courteous, and friendly. One woman at reception seemed distracted, checking her hair in a mirror and not noticing people coming in, though I’m not sure if reception was actually her job since I didn’t see her there all the time. There’s paid parking beside the tower, though the lot isn’t very big. A Coffee Project receipt for at least P200 gets you free parking. The tower is right in front of ABS CBN’s Audience Entrance, so expect people lining up early in the morning. The mall is huge, but mostly sells furniture and household items. There aren’t clothes, shoes, makeup, jewelry, or bags. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

I only visited the coffeeshoppe on the ground floor, so I can’t say what the units are like. It was comfortable and relaxing. Beside it is a very nice furniture and appliance store with a classy feel.
