The booking was under someone else’s name, so I called to check whether I could still check in without the person who made the reservation. The staff said yes, which was a relief. We stayed here last month, and I’m glad we chose it. The room was nice, with a soft bed and a really comfortable duvet that made it easy to sleep. There wasn’t a mini-fridge, though, and I didn’t like that the peephole had no cover. The room also wasn’t very soundproof. Even so, I’d like to try their other branches in the future.

My room had a useful workstation, cable TV, and reliable Wi-Fi, so it worked well for getting things done. The staff were courteous and professional, quick to answer questions and generally helpful. There’s a 7-Eleven by the entrance, and the lively area has cafés, nightlife spots, and shops. What got in the way of my stay was noise. A constant mechanical sound seemed to come through the walls, possibly from the elevator, though I couldn’t pinpoint it. It disrupted my rest, and hallway conversations came into the room because the bed was near the corridor. The background noise was especially hard during the day. I work night shifts, so daytime sleep without interruptions matters a lot, and that seemed inconsistent, possibly depending on the room. People asking for money or selling things outside at different times might also make some guests uncomfortable. The staff earned four stars from me, and so did the location, but the room experience and my stay were both three stars. If you’re less bothered by background noise, it may be a practical, conveniently located option. I’m sensitive to even slight sounds, so my experience was different.

The room was spotless, and the people welcomed me like an old friend. It’s a great location for live band music, grocery stores, and restaurants. I also got a haircut, manicure cleaning, and massage, so the vacation was a success. I managed fine without a fridge, microwave, or phone in the room, and felt my money was well spent. It was a real chance to decompress and acclimatize. I’ll be back, and I’ve recommended the hotel to my affluent foreigner relatives. Thank you, truly. :)

I was there for 17 nights while focusing on healing after surgery, and didn’t bring up my concerns because I wanted to avoid extra stress. The price and location are strong points, and I’d still recommend the place if those matter most. Restaurants, a 7/11, shopping malls, and a pharmacy are close by. My room had good AC, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They gave me extra pillows for free when I asked. The staff were professional enough, neither especially friendly nor rude, but not very engaging. Cleaning was inconsistent: the room was cleaned only three times during the whole stay, each time after I requested it. There was also a lot of noise. On the 11th floor, I often heard hallway doors opening and closing through the thin walls, along with another sound I couldn’t identify, possibly related to construction. I’d booked a separate room for my mom for three nights and requested one away from the elevator. I know such requests aren’t guaranteed, but she ended up right beside it, which was disappointing.
