Some of the elevator button panels were broken. Book your staycation ahead if you want to avoid extra hassle. They asked for our IDs right away to get the pass, which we hadn’t encountered at other staycations. The same applied to paying for the swimming pool. They said it was because the admin only stayed until 1PM. At other places, we’d only give the names first, then show IDs on the booking day and pay for the pool then. We also couldn’t make TikToks by the pool because the guard on duty said it was private property. They only provide bottles of drinking water, though it’s handy that there’s an alfamart on the ground floor. We hadn’t experienced this even when booking other staycations for the next day. Maybe it depends on the owner.

The elevator floor buttons are broken, and management seems unbothered about fixing them. The lifts also move really slowly, especially at peak hours, though that shouldn’t be an excuse. Management should improve how often the elevators serve each floor.

I’m really happy to have a condo unit here for long-term lease. The building is pretty new, clean, and secure, and it’s centrally located near SM North.

Getting around the building can throw off your whole day. The elevators often take 15 to 30 minutes, and they’re frequently under maintenance or unavailable. With so many residents, that’s unacceptable. Even a swim comes with a drawn-out process. Getting a pool pass feels like applying for a visa, and the office management makes simple things unnecessarily complicated with all its strict rules. The place may look nice, but daily life here is stressful. Management needs to focus less on control and more on making the building livable.
