Being close to QMMC was why we picked this budget friendly hotel. It was about a six minute walk for my parents' general check up, and restaurants, grocery stores, laundry services, and transport were nearby too. Booking by call or text was easy, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor was clean and organized, but there was no lift, which isn't ideal for seniors, especially with medical concerns. There were no chairs at first, though my mom borrowed two plastic ones. They don't provide extra beds or foam, and an extra person costs 500 pesos. The deluxe room was 1.1k for up to two guests, with one child free, and seniors can get a 20% discount. There's a shared pantry where you can keep food in the fridge and heat water with the electric kettle. There is a microwave oven, but it doesn't seem to be for everyone's use, perhaps because a long term tenant owns it. GCASH payment isn't available.

The bed felt unstable and uncomfortable, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The TV had very few channels with poor reception. We also didn't get a kettle or mug, which I expected, and there was no shower heater.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. The aircon was strong, the hot shower worked, and the toilet was just so-so. The bed foam felt stiff, and I might wake up with a slight backache. The pillow was a bit flat too. Still, I'd come back.

I've stayed here more than once, including for a long visit, and I like the place. It's clean, the staff are approachable, and it's close to places like savemore, kmart, and Quirino Memorial Medical Center.
